Easy Flow
Perfect for beginners or anyone wishing to take the next step in understanding how to incorporate more fluidity in their yoga practice. We will learn what it means to match our movement with our breath. Prior experience is not necessary, and anyone looking to expand their knowledge of yoga is welcome!
Phoenix Flow
This is the Feng Flow Yoga’s take on a vinyasa-style, dance-inspired class. Tap into your inner voice/intuition as we explore our world with a creative mind and a playful heart. A fun combination of strengthening and lengthening poses make up this session in fluid and connected motion. Previous experience in yoga recommended. Now let’s get our flow on!
Power Yoga
Let’s bring a little heat to our bodies with this strong practice! This class will fire up our muscles with faster movements combined with body weight strength training. Think of it as a HIIT (high intensity interval training) and vinyasa class hybrid. Geared towards those who love to sweat and have experience and knowledge of the fundamentals of yoga.
more Core
The ‘core‘ is made up of muscles not only in the abdominal region, but also along the spine and hips. In this class, we will bring more focus on movements and asanas that help develop a strong center. Our core happens to be located at the third Chakra- the Solar Plexus Charka- otherwise known as our ‘power center.’ Let’s give our self-esteem and personal confidence a boost and light that fire within.
Yin
If the word ‘restorative’ comes to mind, then this is the class! Here, we will take time with each pose to try and release tensions held deep within the muscles and the surrounding tissue. This class will be tailored to the individual(s), allowing for more or less movement depending on the needs of the yogi.
