My journey with yoga started like it does with many others…

I found it (or perhaps it found me) during some trying times in my life. Yoga is amazing for the physical body- it can strengthen and tone while bringing flexibility and mobility. Equally, if not more importantly however, it does wonders for the mind and soul. Many lessons we learn on the mat can be applied to our daily lives, such as patience, determination and love. As we explore the motions of yoga, we will uncover what our minds and bodies are truly capable off, and let go of the idea of how things “should be” to embrace the beauty of the here and now.
